Born from long nights, airline tags, family meals, and a desire to feed people with intention, Clandestino 802 is a Vermont-based collection of books, field notes, films, pop-ups, and meals inspired by movement across kitchens, countries, and memories.
What began with a trip to Paris to study at Alain Ducasse Studio evolved into something larger — a way of seeing the world through food, travel, culture, and hospitality. From the kitchens of Alain Ducasse in Paris to Le Cordon Bleu Madrid, from Vermont forests to the streets of Montreal and somewhere farther down the road, Clandestino became more than a name. It became a philosophy.
Clandestino was never intended to center around personality or performance. By design, the focus remains on the experience itself — the meal, the memory, the conversation, the movement, and the people gathered around it, allowing the work to speak louder than the individual behind it.
Not polished.
Not influencer culture.
Not performance.
Just stories, smoke, music, movement, and meals meant to be remembered.
