No Pasa Nada

No Pasa Nada *
A collection of recipes, cocktails, stories, and memories shaped by movement across kitchens, countries, and cultures. Inspired by family meals, long nights, travel, and the idea that good food should feel approachable, the book blends Latin American and global influences with a laid-back philosophy rooted in curiosity, hospitality, and flavor.
More than a cookbook, No Pasa Nada is a snapshot of meals eaten somewhere along the way — from street food and late-night conversations to slow dinners shared with friends, music playing in the background, and a drink never too far from reach.

Tranquilo Bobby tranquilo *
An ongoing collection of recipes, field notes, travel stories, and meals remembered long after the table is cleared. Built somewhere between airports, kitchens, road trips, and late-night conversations, the project explores the connection between food, memory, movement, and the people met along the way.
Part cookbook, part travel journal, and part personal archive, Tranquilo Bobby continues the world of Clandestino through stories gathered from Vermont forests, cities abroad, hidden meals, and the pursuit of slowing down long enough to appreciate what’s in front of you.

Échale Vampiro *
A collection of cocktails, stories, late nights, music, and movement inspired by bars, backroads, conversations, and cultures encountered somewhere along the way. Built around the spirit of gathering, the project explores the relationship between cocktails and memory — where certain drinks become tied to songs, cities, people, and moments that refuse to fade.
Part cocktail book and part field journal, Échale Vampiro moves between smoke-filled rooms, roadside bars, hidden corners, and playlists that stretch from cumbia and reggae to punk, rock, and everything in between.

alt164
An exploration of Guatemalan food, memory, family, and identity told through recipes, stories, field notes, and the traditions that survive across generations and borders. Inspired by childhood meals, markets, street vendors, fire, smoke, and the quiet rituals surrounding the table, the project looks beyond recipes alone to capture the feeling of Guatemalan hospitality and everyday life.
Named after the keyboard code used to create the letter ñ, alt164 reflects the idea of preserving culture, language, and memory in places far from where they began — carrying pieces of home through food, storytelling, and the act of feeding others.

Mis Respetos: A Tribute to the Sowers and the Harvested
More than a vegetarian cookbook, Mis Respetos is a reflection on the people behind the food the growers, pickers, line cooks, dishwashers, market workers, and hands that keep kitchens alive long before a plate reaches the table. Written from the perspective of a cook learning to move beyond tunnel vision, this book explores bold, satisfying vegetable-forward cooking with honesty, curiosity, and respect for the ingredients and the labor behind them. Part recipe collection, part personal philosophy, Mis Respetos is about making food that feeds everyone thoughtfully, generously, and with gratitude.

Grow Up
A Food Activity Book
Not every kitchen lesson comes from a recipe. Grow Up is a collection of food-fueled chaos built for curious minds, restless hands, and anyone who thinks crayons belong next to the cutting board. Packed with word searches, crosswords, coloring pages, kitchen jokes, doodles, and a little culinary mischief, this book celebrates the fun side of food culture without taking itself too seriously.
From masked chefs and market mayhem to ingredients, tools, snacks, and late-night kitchen ideas, Grow Up is part activity book, part creative escape, and part love letter to the weird world of cooking. Whether you’re coloring outside the lines or trying to solve a food puzzle with greasy fingers, the goal is simple: have fun and don’t act too grown up about it.
